The Implement Of Lean Production In Rockwell Production System

With the development of the globalization,the market competition become more and more severe, and there is less margin for the manufacture industry which face a lot cost challenge. The market has changed from a seller's to buyer's market. Currently, the global processing and manufacturing industry is changing its major structural under the global fierce competition environment, it changes from the mass production and volume-produce to various kinds of small lot production, even change to the mode of customized mass production. Face to the advanced international processing and manufacturing industry, most of the domestic enterprises only implement the order style manufacturing management system,meanwhile they also don't have too much good management experience. So it is the big problem for a lot enterprise about how to apply the advanced management ideas to production management successfully and improve the production efficiency effectivelyBased on the lean theory research and the IE Tools utilization, together with the internal production system tools implement, we try to use VSM to analyze and find the real problem, after which, we try to use a lot other tools such as MOD method, process chart, ECRS method, 5W2 H tools, one piece flow and FIFO channel to eliminate the production waste. After the Improvement,the total transportation distance have been decreased to 15 M from 79 M,the LT have been shorten to 0.76 days from 2.14 days, what's more the production balance level have been increased from 73.7% to 93.7%. Meanwhile, we try to use Kanban system to implement the pull production system.
