The Study Of Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Minority Areas Of Yunnan Province

Poverty is a worldwide problem.In the current era of rapid economic development,the problem of poverty is a challenge that must be faced.Among all kinds of poor people,Yunnan's frontier minority areas have their particularity and complexity.Precise poverty alleviation must take care of the local traditional customs,get the understanding and support of the poor people,and make full use of the limited poverty alleviation funds to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation.How to achieve poverty alleviation in Yunnan's frontier minority areas has become a matter of great concern to all sectors of the world.This study consists of five parts: the first part: introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research results of the accurate poverty alleviation work in the minority areas of Yunnan frontier areas and puts forward the research innovation points and research methods.The second part: the concept of poverty related and the Marx theory of poverty.First described the concept of poverty and precise poverty;secondly from poverty theory,classical writer Marx Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping for the poor view of poverty and poverty research,theory Chinese characteristics of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism to explain the Marx doctrine.The third part: the experience of accurate poverty alleviation in the minority areas of Yunnan frontier areas.From the aspects of enriching the people,promoting the whole village,promoting the whole village and alleviating the poverty alleviation,this paper expounds the experience of accurate poverty alleviation work in the minority areas of Yunnan frontier areas.The fourth part: the status and reasons of poverty in the frontier minority areas in Yunnan.The present situation of poverty in the minority areas of Yunnan frontier areas is introduced,and the reasons are analyzed.The fifth part: the suggestions for improving the precision of poverty alleviation work in the minority areas of Yunnan frontier areas.It is discussed from the aspects of improving the assessment of poverty alleviation,strengthening the accountability,expanding the participation of the society,and seeking the support of the masses in many ways.
