Research On The Tourism Accurate Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Areas Of Gansu

Poverty is one of the important factors restricting China’s economic development.In the past few years,China has actively explored and achieved certain achievements on the road of poverty alleviation,but the problem of poverty is still grim.To further accelerate the development of poverty-stricken areas and realize the goal of building a well-off society in2020,the state proposes to promote poverty alleviation through industrial poverty alleviation economic development.Tourism industry as a sunrise industry,in the ascendant,it is by virtue of its high degree of relevance,with strong comparative advantage success from the industry stand out,become one of the important ways of poverty alleviation in China.However,in the course of practical tourism poverty alleviation practice,the implementers are usually more committed to the overall support of the region,while ignoring the aspirations of the poor population,tourism poverty alleviation goals are biased,the accuracy is low.In line with the background of the current national poverty alleviation,the combination of precision poverty alleviation and tourism poverty alleviation,the study of tourism accurate poverty alleviation,help to achieve the real benefit of the poor,so as to achieve "helping the poor,really poverty" target.Gansu Province is located in remote,traffic block,backward economic development,the incidence of poverty ranked second in the country.Due to various factors such as nature,culture and history,the ethnic areas are the gathering place of the poor in Gansu Province.Therefore,solving the poverty problem in the ethnic areas of Gansu has become the top priority of Gansu Province.Gansu ethnic minority areas rich in tourism resources,long history and culture,rich ethnic customs,ecological environment is good,with good conditions for the development of tourism resources.It is the best choice to get rid of poverty in the ethnic areas of Gansu Province by means of tourism.On the basis of elaborating the related concepts and theories of tourism accurate poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes the status of tourism resources and the situation of poor people in the ethnic areas of Gansu Province,and at the same time,This paper analyzes the specific conditions and problems of tourism accurate poverty alleviation and development in Gansu province,and tries to put forward the concrete implementation strategy and safeguard measures of tourism accurate poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas of Gansu Province,so as to provide a certain help for goal of the realization of tourism accurate poverty alleviation in ethnic areas of Gansu Province.
