The Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Wulingshan Minority Area

Poverty is prevalent as a social phenomenon,both in the developing and developed countries.Poverty is not only a serious impediment to economic development,but also one of the important causes of hunger,disease and social conflict.Since the reform and opening up,although China’s economic and social development has made considerable progress for the cause of international poverty reduction made a significant contribution.However,as a big agricultural country in China,the rural population accounts for 80% of the total population of the whole country.There are still many poor people in rural areas.By the end of 2016,43.35 million people have not yet been lifted out.To realize the poverty alleviation of the rural poor is the most arduous task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.In China,the vast majority of rural poor people concentrated in the central and western ethnic areas.If the construction of a well-off society in the countryside is a difficult and important point in the construction of a well-off society in our country,then the problem of building a well-off society in the rural areas of ethnic minority areas is the most important problem in the construction of a well-Restricting the construction of a well-off society in China.Wuling Mountain minority areas are the largest ethnic minority areas in the border area of China,where the cultivated land is scarce,the infrastructure is backward,the economic development is insufficient,the proportion of ethnic minorities is large and the poverty population is large.At all levels of party committees and governments attach great importance to the community to participate in the sector accurate poverty alleviation work in an orderly manner.However,there are still difficulties in the rural poverty alleviation in the rural areas of Wuling Mountain,such as backward infrastructure,industrial development difficulties,village economy shells and high probability of returning to poverty.They are the "hard bones" of poverty alleviation work in ethnic minority areas of Wuling Mountain.These problems can not be effectively resolved,will constrain the area to build a well-off society.To achieve the Wuling Mountain minority areas all out of poverty,built a well-off goal,in the work of poverty alleviation,must be through the implementation of drinking water projects,strengthen road construction,increase rural power grids and accelerate the construction of information and other measures to improve infrastructure;Product quality,enhance brand awareness,and promote brand awareness and other measures to develop rural efficient industry;must be through the implementation of village-level economic development and industrial development linkage,make full use of village-level organization of public assets,support village-level organizations to take industry and other measures to grow rural areas Collective economy;must be through the construction of poverty alleviation continue to pay attention to the mechanism,early warning mechanism for poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation capacity protection mechanism and the emergency response mechanism to prevent poverty alleviation mechanism.
