In modern society, with the increasing of economic, employees have to face more and more pressure form life and work, which have brought them lot of emotional distress. Due to the roles employees played in the family and society, their emotions not only affect themselves, but also their families, companies, and even the whole society. So, it has very important practical significance for enterprise to implement motional management to their employees. Social work in enterprise has proved many useful theory and methods of emotional management for employees. But, in mainland of china, the development of Social work in enterprise is far behind Western countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan. As one of the important aspect of social work in enterprise, emotional management has not received attention it deserves.From the view of social work, I have researched part of the employees in a large private enterprise-D company by questionnaires, case interview, field observation, and analysis factors that influence the moods of employees, and the emotional management problem of company and employees. Combine with the theory of emotional management and the present situation of enterprise-D and form the point of social work, I have put forward some recommendations which can improve employees’emotion. Although the study has some weakness, but the author hope that through this study that can provide some micro data of the need of social work in enterprise in western private enterprise.
