Study On Service Function Of Quality And Safety Of Agricultural Products Of Planting Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Ya'an

In recent years, food safety-related affairs are of frequent occurrence, which exposed many problems on food security and produced negative social influence and loss. Therefore, the protection on food security is no time to delay. As the main barrier to guarantee food safety, to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products is essential. As internal control organizations, which include agricultural producers and connect the direct interests of them, the farmer specialized cooperatives can play just such a role to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products.On the basis of the existing research results, this dissertation takes planting farmer specialized cooperatives in Ya'an as an example and uses asymmetric information theory, contract theory and resource-based theory to analyze the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives. Specifically, this dissertation elaborates the present situation of farmer specialized cooperatives in Ya'an and describes the current supply situation of the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of samples based on questionnaires. Subsequently, this dissertation uses factor analysis to calculate the service function index of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives. On this basis, this dissertation uses multiple linear regression model to analyze the factors affecting the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives.The result shows that:currently, the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives in Ya'an is deepening, showing a wide range of features. However, the supply situation among different types of the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products has big differences. The material capital resource, human capital resource and organizational capital resource affect the supply of the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives in Ya'an in some respects. Specifically:(1)in material capital resource, the scale of planting and the presence of fixed office space restrict the supply of the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives; (2)in human capital resource, the experience of co-president and the number of full-time staff both have positive impacts on promoting the supply of the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives.(3)in organizational capital resource, brand strategy of the cooperatives and government support both have remarkable positive influence on the supply of the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives.Thus, based on the above conclusions and combines with the actual situation of farmer specialized cooperatives in Ya'an, this dissertation puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects, in order to improve the supply level of the service function of the quality and safety of agricultural products of farmer specialized cooperatives.
