Continuous enterprises such as: petroleum,chemical,steel,etc.Their energy consumption processes have various resources and complex structures.Except for the production restraints,the processes are also affected by discrete events and uncertain factors.Reasonable modeling and simulation methods are effective ways to implement energy efficiency analysis and evaluation for continuous enterprises.There are some differences between actual production processes and their models built by the traditional methods which neglect the influence of the uncertainty factors.In this paper,we study the energy consumption processes of continuous enterprises with uncertain factors under comprehensively considering some other characteristics such as the interactions of continuous processes and discrete events.The main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Modeling method of continuous enterprise energy consumption process with uncertain factorsFirstly,based on the analysis for the influence characteristics of the various uncertain factors,the triangular fuzzy number was combined with hybrid Petri nets effectively,and the relationship between the uncertain factors was described by the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix.Furthermore,the calculation method for the instantaneous firing speed of energy consuming device was put forward,and then the evolution rules and dynamic properties were also analyzed.A case study of the production process of the flake solid ionic membrane caustic soda was presented to verify the feasibility and practicality of the proposed modeling method,which can not only reflect the influences of uncertain factors on the equipment performance,but also actually describe the energy consumption process of continuous enterprise.(2)Simulation method of energy consumption process for continuous enterprise with uncertain factorsIn order to analyze the energy consuming behavior more accurately,based on the model of continuous enterprise energy consumption process with uncertain factors,the simulation method for continuous enterprise energy consumption process with uncertain factors was presented,and the simulation algorithm,in which the steady running range and the instantaneous firing speed can change dynamically,was proposed in detail.And then,the experiment example and analysis were given toshow the validity of the proposed method.(3)Optimization method of continuous enterprise energy consumption process with uncertain factorsUnder the conditions of many constraints,aimming at the lowest energy consumption per product,the fitness function was given.Based on the simulation algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the optimization algorithm of continuous enterprise energy consumption process with uncertain factors was presented.The instantaneous firing speed of each device was calculated by the algorithm under the constraint conditions and was evaluated by the simulation algorithm.After that,the best set of instantaneous firing speed could be chosen.The case study of the production process of the flake solid ionic membrane caustic soda was also presented to verify the validity of the proposed optimization algorithm.
