The research object of this paper is the insurance industry of X company, by the end of 2015 newly established Henan branch in Henan, the recruitment work currently encounter many problems, realize the development strategy of the enterprise is not good, the recruitment of staff can not meet the actual needs of the enterprise,the recruitment process, lack of foresight, standardization, process science, lack of talent reserves, recruiting more problems.The research object of this paper is the insurance industry, X company is newly established at the end of 2015 in henan province, in the recruitment in henan have encountered many problems, can not achieve the development strategy of the enterprise very well, the recruiter can't satisfy the needs of enterprises, recruitment process lack of foresight, process and normative, scientific, also lack of reserves, have many problems. On the basis of working practice, this paper first elaborates the recruitment of domestic and foreign advanced theory, secondly to X company as the research object, this paper introduces the situation of X company and the insurance industry, in the process of the recruitment of X company and generalizes the recruitment situation, analysis and summary, find out the existing problems, and to analyze its recruitment channels of a single, selection standard is not standard, pay less attractive, the cause has not been established recruitment assessment mechanism,etc, and has carried on the improvement in view of the problems in the design and optimization, build a set of scientific recruitment process, recruitment team, optimize the recruitment process, to optimize the design of the compensation, perfecting the safeguard measures a set of optimized method suitable for X company. In order to improve the management level and efficiency of recruitment, recruitment of X company to meet the needs of the talents of X company recruitment work, eventually contribute to the implementation of X company's overall development strategy. At the same time, also provide a reference for the recent new anhui branch, and provide the effective methods to improve the recruitment.
