Due to the women rising status in the modern society, the female talent becomes more and more important in the various enterprises, especially in an foreign enterprise. A reasonable proportion of age, expertise, and balance between men and women are the foundation of human resources development and management. Due to the differences of physiology and psychology, women and men are complementary to each other, which is beneficial to the improvement of human resources structure. The human resource structure of foreign company in China are controlled by men, most of them are in business department. And most women in office department, assist those business work.This paper first analyses female employee status and particularity of SA company, and then use the questionnaire to find the problems. Finally offer the overall incentive system optimization. According to the analysis of SA company case, we need to strengthen communication and the relationship between employee and leaders, improve female staff care, stimulate the female staff working enthusiasm, finally effectively improve human resource and company management efficiency.This paper also offers solutions and measures suggested to be implemented.According to the research on the incentive system of female staff in SA company, we found the deficiency of the present system, lacking of research on female staff by their own characteristics. By the satisfaction survey of female employees on the present incentive system, this paper put forward optimization ways. Encourage leaders to "people-oriented", to change the current shortage of female employees in the workplace incentives, improve the incentive system, to build a mature enterprise human resource management strategy.
