Nowadays the competition is so fierce that if a company wants to keep its competitiveness, it must have to study how to keep its talents, which is providing the employers an appropriate salary. One important point in salary design is to reflect equity. This article introduced the salary system components, salary theory development and the general salary design methods. As with salary problems of WS limited occurred, the article focuses on how to redesign WS limited's salary system. It pointed out ways to upgrade its job assessment methods, the preparation of salary design and ways to carry out the design.This article mainly studies the specific methods which are implanted into enterprise salary system. Internally speaking, an enterprise must know its development strategy and its developing stage. To keep internal equity, job contents, difficulty and alternate problem must be counted in. externally speaking, job assessment is a must-have in the market. Thus an enterprise can adjust its salary system to keep talents and retain competition. While promoting employers working enthusiasm, an enterprise can provide a harmonious working environment by making achievement salary and bonus as part of its salary components.
