Research On The Performance Management Problems And Countermeasures Of State-owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises is an important economic characteristics of our country,which is the mainstay of China's economic development and an essential source of fiscal revenue in China.And also the management of state-owned enterproses is the important element of the public administration.With the increasingly fierce competition,more and more enterprises pay attention to the organization of the core competence of the enterprise.How to make the enterprise management become more adaptive to the changing business environment make the performance management come into the vision of management people,especially for the state-owned enterprises.More and more managers began to pay attention to this problem.However,there are many disadvantages in the management of state-owned enterprises.How to improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises through the design of the performance management system is worthy of study.This paper takes the S enterprise as the research object,studying the performance management of the state-owned enterprise,and comes up with the suggestion to solve the problem.Although the performance management is developed in the state-owned enterprise for more than ten years,the situation of the unreasonable evaluation index still exist,such as obscure performance management objectives based on the analysis of S company.The countermeasures presented for improvement of performance management in the state-owned enterprises have to get rid of the misunderstanding,to establish the strategy performance oriented appraisal system,and also form performance oriented corporate culture to guarantee the effective implementation of performance management.At the same time,enterprises should establish a sound performance management system.
