With the rapid development of science and technology and the quiet approach of knowledge and economy,the contribution rate of skills and knowledge to the economic growth rate has been improving.As human is the main carrier it naturally becomes the core resources in the company.Whether one can effectively use the core resources and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,it will be directly related to the level of the core competence and the strength of sustainable competitive advantage.The way to mobilize the staff enthusiasm varied,but it is undeniable that the motivation is the most direct way.Moreover,the current level of economic development in our country is not very high,so payment motivation is the most important and effective way in a number of motivations.Shenyang Mint is charged by the China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation,People's Bank of China,and it specialized in the production of the national legal tender.Overall,the payment level is not low,but it didn't play the purpose of motivating.Therefore,based on the payment management and motivation theories,this paper carefully analyzes the current motivation situation of Shenyang Mint,and redesigns a more practical motivation plan and the corresponding protection measures to implement the plan.The paper is divided into 7 chapters.Chapter 1 describes the research background,significance,ideas,content and methods,etc;Chapter 2 describes the theoretical basement which means payment management and motivation theories,and it includes payment content and composition,the main factors affect payment,several basic motivation payment systems,the motivation content,the process of motivation and the main motivation theories,etc;Chapter 3 introduces the general situation about Shenyang Mint,such as the history,scope,organizational structure,human resource situation,the benefits in recent years and the future development,etc.The purpose is to enable readers to have a better understanding of the research object;Chapter 4 describes and analyzes the current payment motivation situation of Shenyang Mint,and points out its merits and the main problems;Chapter 5 redesigns the payment motivation plan,and it includes the guidelines,the principles,the preparation,the redesign of post payment motivation plan,the redesign of performance payment motivation plan,the redesign of seniority payment motivation plan,etc;Chapter 6 describes the effective measures to protect the implementation,such as gain the support from the headquarters,unify thinking and clear objective within the company,build supportive corporate culture and establish perfect performance appraisal,etc;Chapter 7 is the conclusion.
