With the development of communication industry restructuring, competition between different operators is developed into the competitive landscape of China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom, each operator’s core business changed from original single business to the full range of mobile licenses operating companies.The communication industry competition is more and more motivation. The most important element among enterprises competition is the core competitiveness. While human resource is the most valuable factor of the core competitiveness. Thus, competition among enterprises in the final analysis is the human competition, customer managers of communications industry will face more comprehensive, more direct, more intense competition.In the increasingly competitive environment, human resources become the primary resource for enterprises to gain competitive advantage, and customer manager marketing team has become one of the important means to help the enterprise to gain the core competitiveness.With the development of all business operations of the communications industry, the group client market will be greatly affected. As the core position to the service of the group clients, customer manager team is the key power of market stability and development of the group large customers. The group client market is no longer simple passive service and transductive business product marketing, the informatization and system integration project is more important of marketing and service of customer manager team. Customer manager team becomes one of the senior marketing management manager teams of the telecommunications industry, and also the development center factor and the precious human resources of the company. It is particularly important to improve the construction of customer manager team, as to enhance further enthusiasm, the initiative and the ability to execute of customer manager team. The performance has a very important influence on corporate whole performance. Based on the background of H communications company, this thesis using the style of leadership, team cohesion, top management team and other related theories and methods, to analyze the current situation of the customer manager team building of the company.This thesis focuses on the analysis such as the lack of communications industry customer manager team cohesion, team leadership style, team communication and coordination, team conflict, performance salary incentive mechanism of customer manager team; Then this thesis analysis the cohesion and the current situation of the cohesion construction of H communication company customer manager team; Using the method of questionnaire investigation, analyze the cohesion satisfaction of customer managers in H communication company, and also analyze and research on the reasons of low satisfaction of the cohesion; Finally, aiming at these problems and finding the solution program, verify the solution through the performance appraisal and elastic reasonable compensation management combined with the actual work.Based on the analysis of the foundation of the H Communication company’s customer manager team building status, put forward the suggestion to improve the H communications company customer manager cohesion, especially this thesis put forward excitation mechanism recommendations of the H Communications customer manager team.
