Compensation management is the focus of business management,and most of enterprise management works have a direct or indirect relationship to it.Employees working in enterprises have a lot of power,but the pay is undoubtedly the most direct way.The payroll management system is one of the essential functions.Especial junior statfs pay a high degree of sensitivity.Because salary t system design is the "skeleton" of entire compensation management and the base to carry out the management of enterprise-based compensation operation,and the compensation management also affects the efficiency of business operations,how to conduct compensation design successfully becomes extremely important.In this paper,in the background of medium-sized state-owned manufacturing enterprises MP company background,combined with compensation management,pay system design theory,job analysis and evaluation,and the labor intensity measurement etc.theory,by the investigation of MP company A plant operator's existing remuneration system,analysis the main problem of the salary system,designing the salary structure,pay levels,pay grade and other aspects of compensation,formulate and implement improvement programs.In the implementation process,develop the post standards of the operating positions,and use of labor-intensive methods to complete the level classification of posts firstly,ensuring the successful implementation of the salary system.Through feedback evaluation,the pay system improvements made the effect of encouragement guiding and efficiency improving.Hope to extend the work experience of improve plant operating personnel remuneration system to MP's salary system improvements and provide reference for the small and medium state-owned enterprises to establish competitive compensation system.
