Since the 1970 s,technological progress,the industrial revolution and the application of Internet technology make the world’s rapid economic growth.The rapid growth of the world economy as well as to drive the prosperity of the entrepreneurial economy.The gradual rise of entrepreneurial activities in every country,making the entrepreneurship research has begun to become a hot topic in academic circles,Such as entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial performance,development of entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial personality traits,entrepreneurial ability and so on.The serious situation of employment,making more and more job seekers choose to entrepreneurship,So the number of entrepreneurial growth than before.Through entrepreneurship,entrepreneurs can both solve the problem of survival,but also to achieve personal values.In the new venture,some entrepreneurial activity can succeed,and gradually adapt to the law of survival of the fittest of the market,to become the leader in new start-ups;In contrast,some entrepreneur’s enterprise is just a flash in the pan,in the fierce market competition gradually decline.Why do some companies can be successful,some entrepreneurs can find the right opportunity,and some entrepreneurial activity will only end failure?Different entrepreneurs have different personality traits,because of the differences in entrepreneurial personality traits,different entrepreneurs also can produce differences in the cognition of market opportunity and opportunity recognition.Opportunity recognition is inevitable or accident?Entrepreneurial alertness plays what role in entrepreneurship?This will be the problem that this research needs to solve.In this study,the author summarizes and combs the domestic and foreign related literature,adds entrepreneurial alertness as the mediator in the research model of entrepreneur personality traits and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,and puts forward relevant hypotheses.By referring to the relevant mature scale,this research questionnaire was designed;And the main questionnaire recycling targets are the entrepreneurs.through the empirical research method,we found:(1)Entrepreneurial personality traits has a significant impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.(2)entrepreneurial alertness has a significantly positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.(3)entrepreneurial personality traits have an impact on entrepreneurial alertness;(4)Entrepreneurial alertness plays a Intermediary role between entrepreneur personality traits and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.In the end,the author puts forward three practical inspirations for the entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship education according to the research results,so as to cultivate entrepreneurial talents,entrepreneurs to carry out entrepreneurial activities have a better reference value.
