As a result of the changes in consumer market, orders for enterprises have changed their types from big mass order quantity in the past into more various but small quantity. At the same time the product itself has the requirement of digital production mode and consumers have an increasing need for in-time deliveries and superior products. Manufacturing enterprises, under the pressure of cost, need to reduce inventory of finished products and raw materials to improve the capital turnover and reduce the waste as well. Meanwhile in the 21st century, the new generation so called post-90 workers are also very different compared with the generation of post-70 or post-80 workers. The new young workers have their own ideas and attitudes towards work and the outside world as they have more concerns on their own development. Based on the circumstances stated above, manufacturing companies are expected to change their mode of production, cope with the new variant conditions of production, improve the staffs sense of belonging and enthusiasm, and do more research on new ways to uitilize the human resources of the new generation workers.Now the cost of manufacturing enterprises is becoming much higher. The manufacturing cost contains fixed and change fee. As a result of the minimum workers'wage being increased year by year, the insurance rate is accourdingly increased, which makes the proportion of human cost much biger than before no matter whether the other cost shall be taken into consideratin by the order changes. This requires that we constantly change ideas, study the new mode of production in order to reduce the manufacturing cost, shorten the product delivery time and improve the product quality, and make it possible for the company to transform from labour-intensive manufacturing mode to the technology-oriented transformation so as to improve the labor productivity of enterprises and manufacturing competitiveness. It is a fact that the 21st century is full of changes and more and more new generation workers will step into the labor market, and it is true also that the C/V line's uneffecient productivity, simple assembling work, and repeated manual movement can only lead to a bad result of high quit rate. That how to lead the new generation workers is a topic for the enterprise managers to think over. With China's labor force structure and the change of the quantity, the labour costs are rising sharply, but because of the disadvantages of traditional assembly line, staff leaving is high also, which has increased the labor costs of the enterprise.This article focusing on the Cell line is compatible to the mode of production and it is modern customer-oriented type and the result of requirements from the market.The method is successfully used in S Company's Printer lines, according to the product's size and complexity it is made of one person type of Cell and two person Block Cell production. Multi-operator and related systems reduce the manufacturing cost. the multi-Cell operator can help on the human resources of the company as less people can do more work and improve manufacturing competitiveness of enterprises. And it is easier to change the production mode adaptable to the changing market. Factory automation level is also greately improved, and it can set up a basic frame for the future's Smart factory. Based on examples of high Seg printer's cell production mode, analysis of defects of cell, the functions and impacts of cell production, and the future trend of LP(lean production) are also discussed in this article.Cell Production is the carrier for whole SCM supply chain management in manufacturing. So any enterprise needs to respond quickly to market changes, synchronize production methods according to the market, improve production efficiency to shorten the delivery time, using lean production to reduce the loss—all the philosophy and practices of cell production are useful for the upgrade and reforming of manufacturing industry.
