The development of civil military integration has risen to the national strategic level, and the current military enterprises in the development of civil military integration is still in the initial stage, due to the military production and marketing of the enterprise to participate in market competition, marketing ideas will appear in military enterprises, so that the marketing strategy is impossible, but it is inevitable the trend of social development for them to participate in market competition, and if the military enterprises to participate in market competition, and how the integration of military and civilian background to develop marketing strategies, for the military enterprises who are the problems they face, which for them to adapt to the market competition environment are of great significance, at the same time research on marketing strategy of military enterprises can also enhance the level of marketing theory, but also allow the integration of military and civilian in real Important germination of military enterprises.In the background of the integration of military and civilian, military enterprises how to cope with the current social competition, maintain their own advantages, and develop appropriate marketing strategy, is the key to consider the problem of current military enterprises. This paper takes S company as an example, firstly analyzes the current domestic and foreign about the civil military integration and the development of relevant marketing theory; then based on S company's current development of civil military integration describes and analyzes the S company's internal and external environment, but also for the SWOT analysis of S company, the strategic framework of S products; third is on the internal environment of S company and SWOT based on the analysis of S company, through the analysis of the target market positioning, determine the combination of marketing marketing strategy of S company; finally, from the system mechanism, perfect marketing system construction market, to increase R & D efforts and personnel training were put forward to ensure implementation of S company's marketing strategy successfully the measures in four aspects.The current research on civil military integration marketing strategy is still relatively small, therefore, through the analysis of the marketing strategy of S company, but also to fill in the integration of military and civilian military enterprises in the study of marketing strategy of the blank; and also hope that through this study of S company, S company can not only for the development of civil products the implementation of marketing strategy and direction, but also to develop marketing strategies for other similar enterprises to provide reference.
