The development of mining industry in China has experienced from extensive and "big,black,thick" to save intensive and fine change course.Green mine construction is becoming the main stream of the development of mining industry in china.China’s mineral resources planning has just released(2016-2020 years),put forward in accelerating the development of green mining,green mining and promote the construction of green mining development demonstration area.Planning requirements,promote national,provincial,municipal and county green mine construction,strengthen the demonstration lead,cultivate new power for the development of mining.Based on the research achievements of mining landscape development in China in recent years,this paper focuses on the development of landscape mining in Baoshan mining industry.This paper applies the method of investigation and interview,in Hunan Baoshan of mineral company to carry out specific research object,through data analysis and research,summed up the development of mining landscape experiences and existing problems,some corresponding improvement measures are put forward policy,economy,management,and have come to the conclusion of the research in Chenzhou mineral company,rationality the conclusion of the study.Under the background of the current situation of mining,mining development and landscape to promote green mine construction,become China mining development standard,this paper thinks that we should start from the following seven aspects: one is the standard of mine environment pay deposit,multi form,smooth return channels;two is committed to the development of mining landscape the enterprise implements the mineral resources land resources priority allocation policy;the three is the establishment of landscape mining development standard system;four is to optimize the land reclamation deposit policy;five is the mining landscape as the core,combined with the development of the pre conditions of mineral resources;the six is to improve the tax policy;the seven is the reconstruction of corporate banking concern,to solve the funding problem of mining enterprises.This paper first put forward the concept of landscape mining development,how to do the development of mineral resources and landscape development at the same time the development of subdivision.In the study of innovative,rich in the depth of the study of green mine construction theory,the management of mineral resources development has a good operability.
