Research On Application Of Six Sigma Way In Company P

The Six Sigma way originated erliestly from Motorala company in the 1980s mid of the 20th century,which is used to improve the quality of products and to enhance the competitive ability of the company.It is a kind of quality management methodology to pursuit of customer satisfaction and perfect product quality.The Six Sigma management concept has been developed rapidly in Europ and America.The world top 500 enterprises such as GE and Allied Signal become the most of successful companies by implementing the Six Sigma which stands for nearly perfect quality.The Six Sigma way is a systematic methodology that helps the companies to improve quality,add up satisfaction of customers and make continuous progress.The Six Sigma management in China has more than ten years of history.In recent years,in order to win in stinging market competition,more and more Chinese enterprises began to study and promote the Six Sigma way for improving the quality management level of enterprises.In order to improve the quality of the product,the level of quality management must be developed.So the thesis purposes to find out a way that is suitable for quality improvement in one enterprise from manufacturing side.By this way to improve the quality of product and then the core competence of enterprise can be raised.This article analyzes the detailed process(DMAIC)that how to conduct the Six Sigma program.At last,one Six Sigma practical case of Company P has been discussed as one application of quality improvement through Six Sigma implementation,on the CTV remote control system analysis,through the use of Six Sigma tools,especially the DOE tool to find out the root cause of influcencing remote control distance,and feasible action to improve the quality control mechanism.The application of Six Sigma in Company P has achieved the significant improvement results.
