In the process of enterprise operation and management, project management can be used to give guidance to enterprises for dealing with various issues. Nowadays, various industries already applied project management. Quality, time and cost are the three most important factors in project management. the time of the plan costs is the one of the important factor to guiding dhe framework scheme of enterprise producitives. The effectiveness of project management directly related to the reasonable of progress plan and control project.This essay is based on Jilin pharmacy modern pharmaceutical logistics project as the research object, use the project planning and progress management as the theoretical guidance. It also learn lessons from past logistics base project management experience and methods, of the control on project and schedule to serve the purpose of the theory and practice of combining application.First, this article introduces the pharmaceutical logistics base project. Right now, Jilin pharmacy is currently developing the drug retails plan,it will expand the numbers of the chain pharmacy. It plans continue to open another 100 stores every year afterforward to promote modern pharmaceutical logistics and information construction. Although the storage area ?storage conditions and transfer system setups unable to meet the needs of the rapid development or to meet the new GSP specification requirements. According to the new GSP requirement and based on medicine industrial park cluster advantages to build a modern pharmaceutical logistics park. Since every project will affect the overall industrial park progress, therefore, to ensure the logistics base is completed on time, in the construction process need good operation schedule control method.Second, through the production task decomposition WBS chart, the total task of the project can divided into task planning, project implementation, project task safeguards task. And then draw the responsibility assignment matrix, encoding and discharging process time, from the project preparations to the project node construction, and finally to the project completion. Finally step is making the network planning Gantt chart and key links plan table.Third, according to the plan schedule to make the progress control,in the mean time,to put forward to improve the team construction level, institution and organization etc.This paper mainly based on WBS, network Gantt chart, project schedule theory and chart to reflecting the close combination of theory and practice. It also focus on analysis Jilin pharmacy modern pharmaceutical logistics base project schedule planning and control, the content of project schedule management can be divided into two parts: 1, the guidance of the project schedule; 2, in the project implementation process, through inspection, comparison, analysis, adjustment to ensure the realization of the overall goal of the project schedule activities. At the same time, to provide theoretical guidance for the similar projects in the future, will promote the smooth implementation of the project, improve the project benefit.
