At present, Chengdu rural land accelerate the trend, but there are still some problems, which restricts land reasonable, standardized and efficient flow.This paper analyzes and summarizes the previous factors for rural land, based on the current status of the land transfer by Wenjiang District and the city of Dujiangyan and empirical analysis to investigate the impact of various factors on the transfer of land in the study area farmers’ choice of the role of specific conclusions are as follows:Farmland transfer willingness headed households and families characterized by a significant effect. In general, the older the head of household, the head of household, the lower level of education, the willingness of farmers to transfer land by the weaker; the larger farm income/revenue share, the closer the labor force in nonagricultural employment area, the willingness of farmers to transfer land will stronger. Headed households and household characteristics and level of development of non-agricultural industries characterized by no significant difference between the spheres. From the resource endowment characteristics of view, for the same point, the proportion of cash crops, the number of households per capita contracted land circulation willingness significant effect. Generally, the lower the proportion of cash crops, the less per capita contracted, the stronger will of the farmers land transfer, and vice versa weaker. On various points, the farmers contracted land geographical location, the quality of the farmers contracted land area two spheres in terms of their willingness to influence land transfer is not obvious; farmers contracted land geographical location, the quality of contracted land three farmers circle area, the impact on their willingness to land transfer is more significant, and farmers contracted to geographical location, the better, the better the quality of contracted land, transfer of land farmers willingness weaker. Policy and institutional factors, the grass-roots government action, transfer intermediary organizations, farmers land transfer will to choose another significant factor in the degree of transfer contract specification affected. This shows that, in the other conditions remain unchanged, the grassroots farmers by government action, transfer intermediary organizations, as well as the extent of the transfer of the contract specification greater impact. And policy and institutional factors did not differ significantly between the spheres. From an economic interest factors, the cost of land transfer, land transfer revenue willingness on farmers land transfer is not significant.
