Study On The Factors Influencing Farmers Land Circulation Models Choice

Since the practice of rural land transfer in China and the development of society, a series of land circulation form concerned appear and has attracted much attention. As regards rural land circulation form, all of them have no discrimination in good and bad, but famers would choose the form which can realize their own economic interests according to their own conditions. Therefore, study on the factors influencing fanners choices of land circulation form are not only has theoretical significance, but also has practical significance.In the first part of the paper, the research background and research programs are introduced. The research on rural land transfer in China and abroad are reviewed and commented also. In order to clarify the factors influencing farmers choices of land circulation form, the author has read a lot of references about the factors influencing farmers participate in the land circulation. Therefore, on the basis of the connotation of land circulation form, the paper has constructed an analytical framework of the factors influencing farmers choices of land circulation form. Then, the paper start with two aspects, one is the factors of farmers themselves, another one is the factors of external environment and analyze these factors how to affecting farmers choices of land circulation form. The results show that:(1) there are eight variables showed varying degrees of farmers choices of land transfer process, that is the age and education level of farmers, the agricultural income of household, the geographical location of land, the area of labor, the behavior of government, the attitudes of village cadres and the form of transfer medium. And these factors have become the basic conditions which farmers considered.(2) there are four variables have no obvious effect on farmers choices of land circulation, that is the land quality, the cost of land circulation, the profit of land circulation and the degree of standard of circulation contract.Finally, base on above study, the paper thinks farmers as the main part in the market of land circulation, which require more attention from the national government, so the farmers will make a choose which can realize their economic goals. Therefore, it is important to create a better environment for farmers to take part in the land circulation and promote the rural land circulation. And we can start from the following aspects:preventing country blind introduction any policy of land circulation, to strengthen the construction of land transfer medium organization and the behavior of village cadres. In a word, the government should in-depth understanding of the problems of rural land transfer process and standing on the farmers’ point of view, then implemented the various polices. At the same time, the government should create more basic conditions for famers take part in the land circulation, which also helps to promote the rural land circulation and rural economic development.
