In 1997, UNESCO adopted the "Declaration on Human oral masterpiece and intangible heritage". After that, the publics began to value this intangible culture heritage. As a punishment of people's ignorance of these treasures, a lot of heritage has been disappeared. Craftsmanship Intangible Cultural Heritage is an important part of traditional culture. It is a crucial carrier of life culture, aesthetic culture, and folk culture. Fluidity is one of Intangible Culture Heritage's most important characteristic, especially for traditional handicraft arts. Fluidity will exist, develop, and achieve its function in practice field. As a result, the method of understanding and using traditional culture to make it functional is the best way to inherit and protect the traditional culture.From environment protection perspective, this article will adopt the methodologies of literature review. Induction and deduction, field study and so forth. This article will focus on Craftsmanship Intangible Cultural Heritage and rely on several related theories such as Cultural reproduction theory, the stage's theory, theory of sustainable tourism development, community participation and RMP theory. Based on the craftsmanship intangible cultural heritage's characteristics and coupling analysis between travel conditions and living protection, this article will propose a tourism developing mode which mainly focus on the process of tourism resources analysis, culture tourism market analysis, tourism activation elements integration, tourism developing choice, and travel product designing. This article will also use Dehua porcelain firing techniques Intangible Culture Heritage as an example to complete this empirical applied research.In the end, through RMEWP applied path, this article will propose a tourism product system consist of cultural and ecological protection zone tourism product, theme park tourism product, festival activities tourism product, industrial ecological tourism product, and tourism product developing tourism product against the dilemma of the Dehua porcelain firing techniques intangible culture heritage developing situation.
