Shijiazhuang City Located in the hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this is a unique geographical location.Since the reform and opening up, the Shijiazhuang Hotel Industry has been developing rapidly and playing more and more important roles in the loca leconomy economy. However,the Hotel Industry inevitably followed a low point of a"spiral-descending". The rise of the employee turnover rate has become a"bottle-neck"of the growth of the Hotel Industry at this time. The high employee turnover rate results in a decline of the service quality,an improving of the human resources cost, an unstability of the staff team, a reduction of the staff morale and finally the confusing of the operation and management. Therefore, researching the employee turnover of the shijiazhuang’S Star Hotels, finding out the reasons of turnover and proposing the countermeasures will be of important realistic significance.This paper is based on the theories of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. I have researched and studied nearly half past a year, then the paper studies the current situation of the employee turnover in Shijiazhuang’s Star Hotels. It analyzed the reasons of the high employee turnover and gives the solution. To the managers of the Shijiazhuang’s Star Hotels, I hope it Can bring an inspiration and promote that the Shijiazhuang’s Star Hotels develop rapidly.The paper introduces Shijiazhuang XM Hotel in the way of empirical research. After analyzing the current situation and reasons of the XM Hotel, it gives some advices to solve the problem of the employee turnover.
