Study On Collaborative Innovation Development Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise In Shenyang Ec Onomic Zone

Equipment manufacturing industry has a great impact on national security,economic development and the prosperity of society,which plays an important role to social stability.Shenyang is the center city in northeast China,and also the largest city.Equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang economic zone is one of the most important bases of our country.So the development rate of high-end equipment manufacturing industry has important strategic significance.Through the analysis of innovation theories and their superiorities,it is found that collaborative innovation can deepen the integration of resources and information between innovation bodies,promote the depth of cooperation,realize the share and transform of knowledge and innovation achievements,and maximize its business interests,of which the result is 1+1+1>3.The equipment manufacturing industry of Shenyang economic zone has a good foundation for the development of collaborative innovation.Abundant resources,large industrial clusters,abundant education resources and research institutions are conducive to the realization of collaborative innovation.However,problems also exist,like impractical plans of industrial restructuring,deficient information services,and low research investment and innovation efficiency.According to the practical development status of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang economic zone,this paper takes collaborative innovation theory as the instruction,and proposes "three links" process,which establishes a collaborative innovation system from three aspects including internal and external driving factors,innovation bodies and its influencing factors,and intellectual property rights as the core of the interest distribution system.A complete set of collaborative innovation system is established,providing a new path of regional development and industry innovation.Meanwhile,based on this theory and considering the reality of Shenyang economic zone,suggestions are made about innovation development from four aspects including government,platform,talents cultivation and introduction,and interest distribution system.Finally,"three links" process is used for Shenyang Machine Tool Manufacturing Factory(SMTCL).It is suggested that SMTCL collaborative innovation path should be built in three aspects including construction of collaborative innovation drive,collaborative innovation platform,and interest distribution system.
