In recent years the global economic development remains weak and China's economic performance is return to low-growth trap. Under the world economic pattern, the auto enterprises are required to launch products with core competitiveness persistently if they want to keep the sustainable development. How to improve the core competition? The key is pay attention to enterprises'self R&D management ability. How to realize improving R&D management ability under the premise of no extra cost generated? The enterprises need to implement certain feasible R&D performance management plan execute from top to down.In most cases, the R&D stuff in auto industry are the higher degree required of talents, what they learn and R&D resource they mastered may determine the company's overall R&D ability. Thus, R&D talent has to be hot man for some related industry competing for. To judge the performance management whether fair and reasonable, whether play a positive role, assessment method is especially critical. This thesis combined with related performance management theories put forward to focus on training development to R&D talent, aside from it, it is also emphasis on the cultivation of enterprise strategy and corporation culture.For R & D personnel also need to build a scientific and reasonable performance management process and reasonable process should be including performance planning, performance implementation and counseling, performance appraisal, performance feedback and their performance evaluation results analysis and application of five links, in the implementation process to R & D personnel involved, We should strengthen the management and R&D personnel communicate with each other.Through detailed study and analysis the current performance management approach of T company Research & Development Center of. It is pointed out that existing problems and optimize or improve?especially in performance appraisal of R & D we also fully studied and discussed how to quantify management problem talents,and eventually found with operational approach to performance management, to improve the performance of the R & D talents.
