With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the arrival of a comprehensive well-off society and urban infrastructure construction in full swing,the construction industry is also high-speed development.At the same time,rural areas have also emerged a large number of surplus labor force have poured into the cities of all walks of life formed a modern army of migrant workers,become the main force of the development of all walks of life for the development of the construction industry its importance is evident.Construction industry as a typical labor-intensive industries,the future development needs more and more labor as a support,migrant workers in the construction work on the construction site of the front-line staff timely supply will play an increasingly important role.The sustainable development of construction industry is inseparable from the construction industry,the effective supply of labor.In recent years,a lot of construction enterprises across the country to varying degrees,there have been problems of labor shortage,and outstanding shortage of qualified skilled workers is particularly prominent,the labor force as one of the basic elements of the sustainable development of the construction industry,the shortage of labor The future development of the construction industry will have a very negative impact.Therefore,on the basis of probing into the problem of supply of labor force in construction industry,it is an urgent task to study construction industry labor supply in order to ensure the healthy development of construction industry.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the basic part of the research.It introduces the background of the research,the significance of the theory and practice,the research content and the research methods.It summarizes the research background and content,Which provides a rich background for the discussion of the latter part,which is helpful for the following discussion.In the second part,the present situation of labor supply and demand in China is analyzed on the basis of literature review.The empirical data are used to forecast the effective supply and demand of construction labor force in China from 2015 to 2030,The curve of supply and demand for labor in China's construction industry from 2015 to 2030,and the absolute shortage of labor force in 2027 without considering the old-age workforce.At the same time,from the microscopic point of view of the shortage of labor in the construction industry was summed up and supplemented by trend forecasting.The third part is the empirical part of the paper,from the China Construction Statistical Yearbook of the construction industry from 1995 to 2014,the total output value of construction industry and the number of employees,using the price of the construction industry output growth on behalf of the construction industry,Analysis,error correction model and Granger causality test have been long-term equilibrium relationship between the total output value of the construction industry and the number of employees in the construction industry,short-term relationship,there is a two-way causal relationship between the two.The fourth part analyzes the constituent sources of labor force in construction industry and the influencing factors of each component in construction industry.Through semi-structured interview,the paper analyzes emphatically the influence of the stability of existing migrant workers in construction industry Factors and willingness to stay in this part of the main use of statistical data and literature reading combined with the way the relevant research.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the paper puts forward three main countermeasures to solve the shortage of labor force in the construction industry from the institutional level to the spiritual level:building talent leasing model;accelerating the development of construction industry;strengthening the construction site Cultural Construction.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)Considering the influence of price fluctuation based on the cointegration analysis and error correction model,the relationship between labor supply and gross output value of construction industry is taken into account.The price index of investment in fixed assets is applied to the total output value The data from 1995 to 2014,conversion,with prices excluding the impact of the construction industry to explore the relationship between the construction industry and the labor force is more realistic;(2)combined with the existing construction industry talent training mechanism and talent leasing Based on the existing training system for construction workers and into the way the community has been improved to form a new model of the construction industry talent leasing operations.
