Study On The Ecological Poverty Alleviation And Development Of The Qinbashan Focus On Contiguous Poor Areas

Shall destitute areas in our country,in the qinba area covers the highest number of provinces,has the broad land area,and there is a big gap between the development level of internal,this kind of particularity will cause certain obstacles to regional economic development,is difficult to achieve the goal of sustainable development in China.This article chose the representative in qinba area county as the research object,the domestic and foreign existing poverty theory,economic theory,ecological theory and other related information for reference,and on this basis,from the Angle of protecting the environment of qinba area ecological environment as well as the status quo and features of poverty has made the analysis,find out the shortcomings in the course of ecological poverty alleviation work process,hope to find out in the development of an effective pattern to protect the local environment and to make full use of local resources to provide favorable conditions for poverty alleviation work,to help the region completely out of poverty.In this paper,on the one hand is to provide a new perspective for China's poverty alleviation and development,before breaking the poverty alleviation mode,but for economic development and ecological protection,and out of poverty and the problem of production are analyzed and demonstrated,effective combination of poverty alleviation and ecological protection as the research in the right direction;On the other hand is based on the related concept of analysis and research on the continuous destitute areas in poor condition,reason and constraint,etc.,thus puts forward the way of poverty reduction and policy.
