The Constraints And Countermeasures Study Of The New Urbanization Construction Of Xixian New Area

Xixian new area is a state-level new area approved by the State Council.The purpose for establishing this new area is to forge a bridgehead of opening to the west,which focuses on the new-type urbanization.After setting it up,we will gradually highlight its position and demonstration effect in the economic construction of Shaanxi province,and set up a typical example for the urbanization construction of our country.However,as it wasn't long before Xixian new area was established,the inevitable deviations in the strategic considerations of the new urbanization construction,coupled with the influence and restriction of the traditional system,generate all kinds of unpredictable problems.The blockage and obstruction of the development route decelerated the process of urbanization.From the practice of urbanization construction after the establishment of Xixian new area,the advantages haven't been exploited to the maximum;the adverse factors are still playing a negative role,which is suppressing the vigor and vitality of the new area to a certain degree.Moreover,some deep-seated problems have emerged in the present complex situation both at home and abroad.Therefore,people in Xixian new area are facing an important choice.It is their historical responsibility to blaze the trail in the new urbanization construction,accomplish the great strategic task endowed by our country,and create a model of the new urbanization construction with Chinese characteristics.Based on this concept,this paper studied the constraints and countermeasures in the new urbanization construction of Xixian new area,employed a variety of research methods in the typical case study research,in an attempt to find a feasible and practical path of the new urbanization construction,and provide some advice and suggestions for the new urbanization construction of Xixian new area.Firstly,this paper analyses the background and the significance of the subject,interprets the relevant concepts and theories,uses the research data and achievements at home and abroad for reference,and builds the framework of the research;secondly,this paper adopts a variety of methods,such as literature study,data collection,field survey,etc.,to sort out the problems in the new urbanization construction of Xixian new area;then,the underlying reasons and the primary aspects of these reasons are identified through statistics,data analysis and case demonstration.At last,the targeted and effective countermeasures are proposed according to the current situation and the constraints in the new urbanization construction of Xixian new area,which brings forth the conclusion in the end.
