Research On Development Strategy Of ACTS Company

With the fACTS expending of the scale of the cities and the increasing of citizens,the urban transportation has become the key problem restricting the urban development.Intelligent Transportation may be a good solution to ease the traffic problem.What is more,the Intelligent Transportation is encouraged by the government and has been got some policy supports.And the ACTS Company based on producing intelligent transportation will get a very good opportunity to keep growth.However,the ACTS Company also have faced some challenges.The Enterprise Strategic Management theory is used in this thesis to analyze the inner and outer environment of ACTS faced,and some strategic suggestions are provided for the future development of ACTS.Firstly,the outer environment of ACTS is analyzed.Based on the tool of PEST,the political and law,economic,social and cultural,technical environments are analyzed,and the results find that ACTS is facing a very good outer environment.Then,the development and tendency of intelligent transportation are analyzed,and the results find that the sector of intelligent transportation is strong at independent innovation and technological innovation,however the sector is facing a huge consumer market which provide a preferable opportunity for development.At lACTS of this section,the Potter's five strength model is used to analyze the competitive environment ACTS Company facing.And the results find that ACTS Company is facing strong threats from potential competitor,the bargaining ability both from buyer and seller,the existing competitor,and only faces little threats from replacements,which tells that ACTS Company is facing a very strong competitive environment.Second,the inner environment of ACTS is analyzed.The organizational structure,production status,R&D capacity,marketing capacity is analyzed.There are some problems exist in ACTS,such as rigid structure,single production,weak R&D capacity and marketing.LACTS,SWOT is use to analyze the outer and inner environments of ACTS comprehensively,and some ways have been provided.Based on the above analysis,the future development strategy,targets and priorities,also the security initiatives are presented.The enterprise strategic management theory is used in this thesis to analyze ACTS Company,and make some sense to the future development of ACTS and other companies in the intelligent transportation sector.
