Xinhegong Irrigation Area is located on the right bank of the lower reaches of Songhua River,Huachuan County,Heilongjiang province.Xinhegong Irrigation Area is to be built and medium-sized.Located in the Sanjiang plain abdomen,land contiguous,fertile soil,flat terrain,climate,light,heat,rain season,soil is rich in resources,agricultural development is one of the great yield potential,"Heilongjiang Province,thousands of tons of grain production capacity in key project construction plan".Through the analysis of the layout of water intake scheme in New River palace irrigation area,this paper puts forward the guiding direction for the next project design,and determines the feasibility of the construction of New River palace irrigation area,so as to promote the construction of New River palace irrigation area,which is the practical significance of the project.This paper summarizes the general experience of the layout of surface water intake scheme in cold plain,and has theoretical reference value for similar irrigation districts in the future.The analysis of Xinhegong Irrigated Area sector layout scheme,according to the characteristics of the intersection of trench elevation contrast relations,the cross river crossing engineering layout is divided into three schemes.A scheme for inverted siphon project;scheme for aqueduct plan;scheme three for dam project.On the basis of collecting the regional background data and analyzing the balance of supply and demand of regional water resources,the water source of the layout scheme of water intake is determined.On the basis of the determination of the water source,the scheme of the water intake position is analyzed,and two schemes of dispersion and centralization for the overall layout of the irrigation district are respectively put forward.Through the feasibility analysis of the water intake,topography,engineering layout and local special situation of the project area,determine the better layout of the project from the project operation management and the engineering economy angle.Conclusion: for the plain irrigation area in cold region,the terrain is relatively flat,the irrigation area across the river and the surface water is located in the vicinity of the irrigation area,the general layout of water intake is better than the dispersed station.For the channel and river cross water delivery,such as environmental permit,built overflow weir for the better program.The above experience is the summary of surface irrigation across the river irrigated area in cold plain area,and can be used as a reference for similar irrigation areas.The scheme should be adjusted and determined according to the actual situation.
