Objective : To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Xiao Shuang decoction on treating traumatic limb deep venous thrombosis by detecting the changes of plasma TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1 of traumatic limb deep venous thrombosis in rats and the effect of Xiaoshuan decoction-intervention on plasma PGI2 /TXA2 and its mechanism.Methods: About 40 male SD rats. 10 rates become the sham operation group(Group A), and others established the animal mode of deep venous thrombosisl. All rates who successfully built the model were divided into three groups such as distilled water group(group B), low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)group(group C), and XSD group(group D). Group D and group B received Xiaoshuan decoction and distilled water by gastric tube respectively.Group C was treated with low molecular weight heparin by subcutaneous injection.Sham operation group with distilled water.Plasma TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1 levels were measured 25 hours and 7 days after modeling,then statistical analysis of experimental data.Results:(1) After modeling 25 hours, the TXB2 of plasma in model group than those in the sham operation group was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the 6-Keto-PGF1 of plasma in model group than those in the sham operation group was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);(2)At the end of treatment, the TXB2 level decreased significantly,the 6-Keto-PGF1?level was increased,and the ratio of TXA2/PGI2 was close to the normal in group C and group D. Compared with group B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The XSD can effectively correct the imbalance of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1?alpha after the thrombus formation in the blood. It is one of the effective treatment of DVT mechanism. Its action mechanism is similar to LMWH.
