Objective: To establish a rabbit model of traumatic deep vein thrombosis in this experiment,to intervene with Xiaoshuanyin Decoction,to observe its effect on the expression of TMm RNA and m EPCRm RNA in femoral vein vascular tissue of rabbits,and to explore the mechanism of Xiaoshuanyin against deep venous thrombosis..Methods:Thirty-six adult New Zealand white rabbits,3-5 months old,after 1 week of adaptive feeding,randomly selected 27 rabbit models of traumatic femoral venous thrombosis using clamp and gypsum external fixation.After successful modeling,they were randomly divided into A Xiaoshuanyin group,B low molecular weight heparin sodium group,C physiological saline group,the rest were classified as D sham operation group,9 animals in each group;after that,they were divided into groups and fed and fed for 1 week continuously.On the 7th day after the second administration,the femoral vein blood vessels were taken for real-time PCR detection;real-time PCR was used to analyze the experimental data.Results: The expression of TMmRNA and m EPCRm RNA in Xiaoshuanyin Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group and saline control group were significantly lower than that of sham-operated group in the same time period after successful modeling(P <0.01).On the 1st day after the operation,the levels of TMm RNA and mepcrcrnas in the LMWH group were higher than those in the Xiaoshuanyin Decoction group and the saline control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3rd and 7th day after the operation,compared with the saline control group,the levels of TMm RNA and m EPCRm RNA in Xiaoshuanyin Decoction and LMWH groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between Xiaoshuanyin Decoction and LMWH(P>0.05).Compared at different time points in the same group,the expressions of TMm RNA and m EPCRm RNA of Xiaoshuanyin Decoction and low-molecular-weight heparin sodium groups on day 3 and day 7 after surgery were all increased compared with those on day 1 after surgery,showing statistical significance(P<0.05),the postoperative 7d was higher than the 3d,and the difference was significant (P<0.05);TMm RNA and m EPCRm RNA of saline control group reached the lowest value at the 3rd day,but there was no significant difference compared with the 1st and7 th day(P>0.05);TMm RNA and m EPCRm RNA of the sham-operated group maintained the highest expression all the time,and there was no significant difference in expression at different time points(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoshuanyin Decoction can enhance the expression of TMm RNA and m EPCRm RNA on the femoral vein of rabbits with traumatic deep vein thrombosis,promote the activity of protein C anticoagulant system,and achieve the purpose of treating DVT.
