Objective:To study the effect of xiaoshuang decoction on the expression of sTM and sEPCR in femoral venous blood of rabbit model with traumatic deep vein.Methods:A total of 36 healthy adult male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their body weight,namely A(xiaoshuiyin group),B(low-molecular-weight heparin sodium group),C(normal saline group),and D(sham operation group),with 9 rabbits in each group.Among them A,B,C three groups of clamps joint plaster external fixation method is used to manufacture the rabbit femoral vein thrombosis model,group D do the same with the previous three groups incision,and then grouping medication,1,3,7 days after surgery 2 times to fill the stomach 4 hours after each time each group randomly selected from three side of ear venous blood collection,put in anticoagulant tube,add-20 ?environment preservation,processing after selecting Elisa method to detect each group in rabbit plasma sTM,sEPCR levels change,and the experimental test data for statistical analysis.Results:After successful modeling.The first day of treatment;The plasma contents of sTM and sEPCR in the sham operation group of group D were significantly lower than those in the other three groups,with detailed differences compared with the other three groups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the xiaoshuanyin group of group A and the normal saline group of group C,but it was significantly higher than the low-molecular-weight heparin sodium group of group B,showing statistical significance(P < 0.05).With the progress of treatment time,no significant changes were observed in the sham operation group of group D on the third and seventh days.However,there was A slight decrease in the normal saline group in group C,which was significantly different from that in the earlier period of the same group(P < 0.05),and significantly different from the xiaoshuanyin group in group A and the low-molecular-weight heparin sodium group in group B(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between group A xiaoshuanyin group and group B in low molecular weight heparin sodium,and there was no statistical significance in each index(P > 0.05).The analysis results showed that,with thechange of treatment time,the contents of the sham operation group in group D did not change significantly,and were always lower than the other three groups.It proved that the contents of sTM and sEPCR in the blood were basically unchanged in the absence of thrombi.The normal saline group of group C showed slow downward trend from day 1 to day 7,indicating that it had a regulatory effect on the contents of sTM and sEPCR in the body due to its anticoagulation mechanism.In group A,xiaoshuang decoction group showed an increasing trend on the first day,which proved that the drug did not play its effect temporarily,but showed A continuous decline from the third day to the seventh day,indicating that xiaoshuang decoction began to take effect.The low molecular weight heparin sodium group B continued to decrease within 7 days,which was significantly different from the normal saline group of group C(P < 0.01).However,the low molecular weight heparin sodium group A and B decreased to the lowest level and was always higher than the sham operation group of group D.Conclusion:During the course of deep vein thrombosis,the contents of sTM and sEPCR in plasma changed.The traditional Chinese medicine xiaoshuan decoction can be used to treat DVT by regulating the changes of plasma sTM and sEPCR in rabbit model of deep vein thrombosis.
