Objective:Observation the effect of Xiaoshuan Decoction on the level of,IFN-?,IL-4in plasma and the ratio of IFN-?/IL-4 in the rabbit model of traumatic deep venous thrombosis.Methods: 50 healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected and 30 rabbits were randomly selected to make femoral venous thrombosis model with clamp and plaster external fixation,and randomly divided into three groups: Xiaoshuan decoction group(A),low molecular weight heparin group(B),and model group(C).The remaining 20 rabbits were treated without special treatment.They were randomly divided into sham operation group(D)and blank group(E)(n = 10)..A group received intragastric administration of Xiaoshuan decoction.Group B was given the low molecular weight heparin by subcutaneous injection and Group C,D,E received physiological saline.After 1,3 and 7 days of treatment,the level of IFN-?,IL-4 in plasma of rabbits was detected by Elisa and the ratio of the experimental data was processed and analyzed statistically.Results : In the same time period,there was no significant difference in plasma IFN-?,IL-4content between sham operation group and blank group.After 1 days treatment,The level of IFN-?,IL-4 in model group was significantly higher than that in sham operation group.Xiaoshuan decoction group,low molecular weight heparin group compared to the model group the content of IFN-? decreased and IL-4increased(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,The comparison of Xiaoshuan decoction group,low molecular weight heparin group and the sham operation group,the level of IL-4and IFN-? were significantly increased.Xiaoshuan decoction group,low molecular weight heparin group compared to the model group the content of IFN-? decreased and IL-4 increased(P<0.05).The difference of IFN-?,IL-4 content between Xiaoshuan decoction group and low molecular weight heparin group has no statisticallysignificant.Compared with the 1 days after treatment,Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin group,model group,the IFN-? and IL-4 were all increased(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment model group plasma IFN-?,IL-4was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group,Xiaoshuan decoction group,low molecular weight heparin group compared to the model group the content of IFN-? decreased and IL-4 increased.There was no significant difference Xiaoshuan decoction group and low molecular weight heparin group.Compared with the 3 days after treatment,Xiaoshuan Decoction group,low molecular weight heparin sodium group,the IFN-? decreased and IL-4 increased(P<0.05).The ratio of IFN-?/ IL-4 in model group was the highest on the 3 day and decreased on the 7 day..The results of Xiaoshuan Decoction group and low molecular weight heparin sodium group were lower than those of the model group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Imbalance between inflammation and anti-inflammatory system during deep venous thrombosis,Xiaoshuan Decoction interfere with IFN-?,IL-4 and achieve the purpose of treatment by maintaining the balance.
