Social music education is to point to students outside the school and the family of music quality education, it added the children not in school and family education involves the knowledge of music, it have played an important role in like adding trace elements to the human body. The characteristics of music art and children in the sensitive period of music, determines the children's stage is to cultivate music interests, to grasp the key stage of music aesthetic ability. Therefore, the social music education major groups come from children. With the further development of quality education and the demand for personalized development, in the current basic education has been unable to meet the needs of children learning music, in this case, as children's social music training institutions in the school music education, with the concept of its openness and diversification of teaching means, has attracted more and more parents has a great interest on training institutions, send children to study and training and at the same time also prompted the rapid development of social music training institutions.Based on the three social music training institutions in taiyuan city as the research object, carries on the analysis and research, find the problems in the process of development, and puts forward corresponding strategies to solve these problems, taiyuan, in order to promote children's social music training institutions of health, science, harmonious development.This paper will be divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, this article selected topic reason and background, research status at home and abroad, and classified in this paper, the research methods and significance of; Related concepts of the second part of children's social music education is expounded, and the form of the education of social music training institutions, education, teaching content analysis; The third part the author to taiyuan city three children's social investigation, the present situation and problems of the teaching of music training institutions to the relevant person in charge of the in-service teachers of three institutions and carries on the questionnaire, interview, and the related data analysis; The fourth part of the reasons affecting the development of children's social training institutions, summarized research respectively from the aspects of teaching management, teachers and teaching evaluation are analyzed; The fifth part from national policy, the scale of teachers, education mode and teaching evaluation etc. Put forward relevant recommendations.
