In the educational of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, student studying abroad will inevitably be some biased errors of grammar. In Grammar teaching, modal verbs is a major difficulty and focus, a limited number of these words, but the meaning complex, but also has characteristics different from Verbs. Not only are the important and difficult for student studying abroad learning, it is also important and difficult in the educational of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In the modal verbs of teaching, "neng" and "hui" is one of the important and difficult. According to the survey analysis, "neng" and "hui" is not only the most frequent in the modal verbs, and the probability of biased errors appears greatest. In order to effectively carry out teaching of "neng" and "hui", help student studying abroad correctly use it, I think it will be very practical significance make it as a bias errors study.In this paper, I collected a total of 983 cases,which is "neng" and "hui" bias corpus in the "HSK dynamic composition corpus", then analyzed and classified bias corpus for the student studying abroad to use "neng" and "hui", then discuss the causes of its biased errors generated, and to advise on "neng" and "hui" in the second language teaching.The first part is an introduction. It introduces the research background and significance, research methods, sources of bias corpus, as well as the purpose and significance of this study about the second language acquisition research.The second part analyzes the type of bias of "neng" and "hui" in the "HSK dynamic composition corpus", the study found that student studying abroad learn "neng" and "hui" of bias errors can be divided into three categories, namely misuse, omissions, mis-adding. Then these three categories of bias errors expand specific corpus analysis, detailed the student studying abroad prone to the type of bias errors.The third part is from the body of research and learning environment, then explain the causes of student studying abroad using the "neng" and "hui" in the process, the root of producing bias errors. The root of producing bias errors of student studying abroad, it mainly include:negative transfer of mother tongue; knowledge of the target language negative transfer; communication strategies. From the perspective of the learning environment, it was refer to the preparation of teaching materials and teacher explanation.The fourth part of the second language teaching suggestions, primarily from the preparation of these two aspects of classroom teaching and learning materials to explore how to avoid bias errors.The fifth part is the conclusion. This section summarizes "neng" and "hui" correct and incorrect usage in the "HSK dynamic composition corpus", and pointed out the shortcomings of this article, in the hope that future studies be solved gradually.
