After careful study,Habermas thinks that in human history,there has been a classical public sphere in ancient Greece,representative public sphere in Western Europe feudal times and the bourgeois public sphere in Age of capitalism etc three forms.After the capitalist entered the monopoly stage,the political parties and interest groups on behalf of the bourgeois gradually control the bourgeois public sphere by its political and economic strength and Led to the bourgeois public sphere gradually toward its own opposite.Politics has become a covert operation for a small number of people.With the rapid development,the Internet technology,created a new form of public sphere--network public sphere which provides equality,freedom to participate in the public domain for the public and completely reversing the trend of the bourgeois public sphere continues to decline.Therefore in the book the Theory of Public Sphere,ren-zhong Yang declared that The declining public sphere because of the domination of power and money in mass media era will revival in information age.After the reform and opening up,with the deepening of market economy,to reduce the state's economic and social intervention,especially the rapid development of Internet,the network public sphere appeared in China.However,due to the influence of several thousand years of feudal autocratic system in China,People's understanding of political democracy is not deep enough,which leads to the lag of democracy development,so that it is difficult to form an online public sphere.The differences among participants are obvious and it is difficult to reach a consensus.In particular,it is more difficult to reach a rational consensus.The participants in the public field of network cannot discuss ethics and communicate effectively abide by Habermas.The Internet is full of insults,abuses,distortions,false information which affect the formation of consensus and even damage to social order.The network public sphere provides the soil for the people to practice democracy and cultivate the concept of democratic values,and will play an important role in the construction of socialist democratic politics.Therefore,strengthening the network of public research is extremely important.Examining the three public areas invented by Habermas.and the online public sphere,we find that the most important element in any public sphere is human,that is,the subject involved.People discuss the social affairs or events involved in the public interest,agreed to the formation of public opinion,in order to supervise the government,which marks the formation of network public sphere,as a natural person individual to join the space of common concern issues,naturally become the subject of network public sphere.The space is definitely not the public sphere if no one is involved.The network public sphere sets issue and reaches one or more common views after the discussion.The consensus is a collection of some or all of the will which represents a national political authority on matters need to respond to the common orsimilar views,directly or indirectly affect the legitimacy of the government.Therefore,strengthening the research on the main network of the public domain,grasp the network public domain formation law,and actively build China characteristics of network public sphere,enhance people's democratic quality,improve people's enthusiasm for political participation,for the construction of socialist democratic politics and promote the rule of law construction,has a strong guiding significance.
