Guan Hanqing's Study Of The Wording Of Zaju

GuanHanqing was an excellent writer,his drama have high art level and thought connotation.Some predecessors have studied words of Guan's drama.However, most reseachers paid more attention to explaining words rather than exploring etymology. Besides,many papers focus on ananlyzing the function words such as conjunctions, prepositions, modal particles.As a result, notional words and sayings still need to be sudied in depth. With the investigation statistics,this paper has made a comprehensive study on words and expressions,including classification, explanation-exploring etymolog,ananlyzing evolution of words and meanings. We also investigate JinGuogong Peidu Huan Dai from the perspective of linguistics and conclude that he real wtiter is GuanHanqing rather than JiaZhongming.This paper mainly stresses to following several aspects.Firstly,it is the overall introduction of research thought and drama's words.The exordium explains the reason to choose the topic, research method and value,hackle versions of Yuan Grama.GuanHanqing's life and present words research situation are also introduced in this part.Then Chapter One summarizes the vocabulary of Guan's drama.These words could be classified as written vocabulary, colloquial words,loanwords.Secondly,it is the explanation of words,including new words and meanings and several concrete wods.We have collected some new words and meanings according to Grand Dictionary of Chinese Language.We aims to offer a proof for excluded words,missing semantic items and late documentary evidence of Grand Dictionary of Chinese Language with words research results.We mainly explain meanings of difficult words, colloquial words and loanwords. The thesis tries to trace the origin of words' meanings and indicate developing process from the perspective of diachronic.As the analysis of loanwords, we mainly explore syllable of Mongolian compared to modern Mongolian.Based on explanations of loanwords,we hope to find rules and features of medieval Mongolian syllable in developing process.Thirdly,this paper concentrates on the analysis of popular sayings and semantic field. We take several words of same conception into conceptual fields in order to analyze the evolvement of members and meanings,such as huangluan (??), hejie(??)and paoqi(??)conceptual field.Finally, we distinguish the real author of the drama, JinGzuogong Peidu Huan Dai ,from the perspective of linguistics. We make a investigation of grammatical and lexical components from Peidu Huan Dai, Guan and Jia's drama.For example,the sentence pattern of WuDe(??),personal pronouns,interrogative pronouns. With the comparison of amount and proportion of grammatical and lexical components,this paper could make a judgement that who is the writer under the usage of language habits.
