Separable word whose characteristic is either separable or combinative is a special language form in the contemporary Chinese language.What need us to focus is that separable word has the function of phrase,when it's in "separable",and when it's in“combinative”,it has the grammar function of phrase.Besides,this article makes a systemic analysis about frequency of separated form,separated form and error types based on the method of quantitative analysis,combining with the method of qualitative analysis..Then I make three suggestions for teaching Chinese as the second language of separable words.First of all,I summarize some common forms of separable words and sum up eight separable words with high frequency of separated form after making an exhaustive research from the corpus.What's more,through the line chart I try to find several main separated forms in order to offer some suggestions to teaching Chinese as the second language.Secondly,I summarize 6 types of error based on the “HSK dynamic Composition Corpus”.Then I analyze some errors for the international students who come from Japan,Korean,Thailand and other countries.In addition,I try to find out some mistakes that Chinese learner usually makes and make an explanation about the error types from four different aspects.Finally,I give three suggestions for the frequency of separated form,normal separable forms,types of error,as well as the reasons.
