For foreign students who come to China to strengthen their Chinese language application in a short term,the excellent Chinese textbook can help them to grasp the Chinese linguistic knowledge better and faster.Choosing the corresponding textbook,we need to consider about the content and the compilation of textbook.However,the settings of practice in the textbook is also one of the significance.Herein,I select the practice part of two integrated curriculum speed-up textbooks at initial stage to go on contrastive study.The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the referential experience to compile the practice part of the speed-up textbook by means of inspecting the different layout of textbook practice part.In consideration of the nature of textbook,the teaching object,and the other factors,I choose Speed-up Chinese and Our Chinese Classroom as my subject investigated.Chapter one is the comparison of arrangement style of these two textbooks,then we can find the differences between these two textbooks on layout and propound the suggestion on the practice parts in textbooks.Chapter two is the comparison of topic quantity in order to analyze the intensity of practice.Chapter three is the comparison of item type,then we can propound the suggestion on the item type chosen by studying the kind of item type and its using frequency.Chapter four is the comparison of textbook content.According to the different learning content we should arrange corresponding practice form.Finally,the suggestion on textbook compilation and teaching guidance is come up by researching on the above four aspects.
