Concept is the cognitive expression of language,and they map by concept.The conceptual study on language is stereoscopic and multidimensional,different from traditional language study,which is static and homogenization.Language is composed of conceptional fields large and small,which are composed of different conceptional domain.Using conceptional field(domain)to study vocabulary diachronic evolution not only can analyze vocabulary 's static language expression and stereoscopic cognition expression,but also can abstract evolution rules about language itself and cognitive conception.The article focuses on ancient Chinese "stop" conceptional domain vocabulary,analyses it's features about semantic and grammar,apply conception element analysis to microdissect it,and based on this,abstract it's evolution rules.The whole essay is divided into three chapters.Chapter One introduces research situation about conceptional field vocabulary,defines related notion,describes research content?method and significance,and explains the division of ancient Chinese language and text selection.Chapter Two reviews contemporary conditions about "stop" conceptional domain vocabulary during the four period of ancient Chinese language,Western Zhou period,Chunqiu period,Warring States period,Qin-Han period.First,analyze member's grammatical function,including subject ellipsis,object,complement,position or negation,substantival synonym,and so on.Second,applying conception element analysis to explore sentence's subject,guest-host situation,stop location,stop way,active and passive situation.Finally,the features of members about its grammatical function and conceptional factor.Based on Chapter Two's analysis,Chapter Three abstracts evolution rules of ancient Chinese "stop" conceptional domain vocabulary,summarizes evolution features,and explain it.Generally,ancient Chinese "stop" conceptional domain vocabulary have those features:1.Members are adoptive.2.Typical members have prominent features.3.There are some substantival synonyms.4.Conception nature is related to syntactic structure.5.Members have its unique conceptional dimensions.6.Atypical members reflect fuzziness of conception boundary.7.Abundant contextual meanings,which reflect normal Chinese language evolution rules and personalized features of conception domain.The reason are various,including objective external,subjective cognition,and language itself.
