Research On The E-government Construction Of Wuhan Government Administration

With the advent of the knowledge economy era which core in information technology, the E-government development is not only an urgent need for China's regional economic development and social transformation, but also a pressing task to achieve the transformation of government work, improve working efficiency as well as prompt the incorrupt government construction. Government use the modern advanced information network technology to improve working efficiency, lower the administrative operating costs, and streamline the organization and personnel, and continue to impact the current management philosophy, influent and change the organizational structure, better the ladder of management through this advanced tool. In the development of E-government in place, it is necessary to establish E-government management mode according to the local conditions, innovate service mode to achieve a breakthrough in structural reform, and so as to ensure the EG develops in a healthy and sustainable way.The E-government development research has become a hot research in recent years, research literature are increasingly rich and the research extend constantly in both depth and breadth. The construction of Wuhan municipal e-government is the study object of this article, it is starts from the Public Management Theory, elaborated the effectiveness on government management that brought by the E-government construction, and deeply analyses and explores the current situation of Wuhan municipal E-government construction as well as the problems that exist in the management system, planning standard, talent building. And meanwhile, some revelation which are good for the local development have been abstracted through the examples taken from the E-government developing model in domestic and overseas and finally put forward on how to strengthen the Wuhan municipal E-government construction along with some pertinent advice.
