Research On The Improvement Of Police Force Increase Under The Background Of Rule Of Law

At present, the task of the public security organ is growing, and the shortage of police force has become the main bottleneck to restrict the development of public security work. However, in the case of the serious shortage of police, there is unreasonable allocation of police force, low efficiency of the police operation, unscientific management of police resources and other conditions. Therefore, using the "no growth improvement theory", the reorganization of China's police resources is undoubtedly a preferred way to optimize the management of police resources, improve the effectiveness of the police, and promote the reform of public security in China has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of literature research and empirical analysis, Starting from concept logic, in view of the current situation of public security organs, the analysis of the main problems and factors affecting the effectiveness of the police force, the use of the rule of law to achieve the path to improve the police without growth, in order to provide a theoretical reference for public security reform.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:mainly focused on logical starting point problem. From the connotation, characteristics, basic form and other aspects to discuss the police, police resources management and no growth improvement theory.
