Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Police Force Allocation In Harbin Police Station

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,various social relationships are becoming increasingly complex,and the work tasks faced by public security organs are also increasing.As a frontline agency of public security organs,public security police stations are an important subject of public security work,responsible for facing the masses directly,fulfilling the responsibilities and missions of public security in the new era,and achieving the goal of creating a safe and stable political and social environment.The strength of their comprehensive police force directly affects the orderly and stable public life of the people,and is an important condition for building a harmonious society and economic development.This article explores the existing problems and countermeasures in the police force configuration of Harbin Public Security Police Station by reviewing relevant literature and materials,combining with the current situation of police force configuration in Harbin Public Security Police Station,using relevant theories such as the theory of no increase in police force improvement and personnel job matching,and drawing on advanced experience in police force configuration at home and abroad.Firstly,clarify the relevant concepts and functions of public security police stations,elaborate on the composition of police force,the significance of police force allocation,and the principles and standards of police force allocation.Secondly,using the methods of literature research and interview research,the current situation of police force allocation in Harbin Public Security Police Station was elaborated,and the problems in the current police force allocation of Harbin Public Security Police Station were analyzed from two aspects: police human resources and police security.The main problems in the police force allocation of Harbin Public Security Police Station were pointed out,namely the imbalanced structure of police human resources and the widespread waste of police force Weak adaptability to reality and shortage of police security resources.Once again,the reasons for these problems are analyzed,mainly including four aspects: imperfect police force configuration standards in police stations,overlapping functions of institutions,inadequate policy implementation,and insufficient police support.Finally,in response to the reasons for the problem of police force configuration in Harbin Public Security Police Stations,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the police force configuration of police stations,including five aspects:improving the institutional system,improving the police force configuration system,strengthening guarantee support,exploring intelligent police force construction,and learning from excellent experience in advanced regions,in order to improve the level of police force configuration in Harbin Public Security Police Stations and maximize the effectiveness of grassroots police forces,Maximizing its own value plays a crucial role in promoting the harmonious and orderly development of Harbin’s economy and society.
