And according to the pressure source, combined with interviews, summed up the main factors affecting the psychological health of police jail management, based on the proposed management measures to promote the general jail management of the police mental health status, to relieve the soothing jail management of police psychological pressure and improve their physical health, better jail management of the construction of the police team, improve the police professional image, enhance the professional efficacy, better play to maintain social harmony and stability, fairness and justice has multiple meanings.Study shows that the mental health condition of public security police jail management for the police can better deal with the jail management of the work of the new situation has an important role in the foundation, and continuously improve and maintain the level of mental health of police jail management, help the fundamental goal of the jail management of the police team construction, but also the development of jail management work better premise. Therefore, this paper according to the reality of the situation of the jail management of the police mental health status, to build a mental health support strategy as the goal, put forward corresponding management countermeasures:implement preferential treatment from the police, to enhance the professional identity; create to police, effectively reduce the pressure; create specialized agencies, formulate maintenance mechanism; positive self grooming, enhance self regulation to deal with, in order to better promote the jail management of police mental health level and improve the jail management team's overall combat effectiveness.
