Investigation And Management Of Police Mental Health And Training

Police is the armed administrative force of state power,and plays an important role in maintaining the long-term stability of society.Under the pressure of work,life and psychology,the police passively accept all kinds of negative energy and information.Over time,psychological problems arise.In this context,the mental health of the police is an urgent problem to be solved in today's society,which is also the direction of this study.This research takes the police in-service training as the research object,combines the related theories of improving the trainers' mental health status,designs the targeted management strategy on the basis of carrying out investigation and understanding the current situation.Through the implementation of targeted mental health training and education,explore effective police mental health education and management strategies,alleviate the frustration of police groups,and provide the basis for police education and training institutions to put forward effective education and management measures.The first chapter of this study raises questions,introduces the basic concepts of the police group and the influencing factors of the pressure of the police group,as well as the research purpose and significance.Chapter 2: A review of domestic and foreign research first introduces the core concepts: health,mental health,mental health measurement methods and the connotation of police on-the-job training.Then it introduces the research situation and review at home and abroad.Finally,it introduces the theoretical basis of this study: Ellis' ABC theory,Peter St.Gill's learning organization theory,Albert Bandura's self-efficacy theory.On Chapter 3 introduces the research object of 200 on-the-job training police students in S city police school.The research idea is to use SCL-90 to measure the mental health of on-the-job training police trainees before and after training.By comparing with the national norm(1890)in 2006,to understand the mental health status of police trainees,and to find some educational management measures for some unhealthy conditions.It is applied in organizational learning and training.The fourth chapter is to analyze the results of the study and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The fifth chapter is the innovation and Prospect of this study.The conclusion of this study is that this training has indeed improved the four aspects of somatization,anxiety,hostility and paranoia.However,compared with the norm,the somatization and hostility are still higher than the norm,which indicates that the training has not reached the ideal goal in these aspects,and we should follow up to improve the educational management measures.
