Ximeng County Women's Federation Participates In The Study Of Social Governance Issues

At the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century,with the government failure,market failure,more and more countries began to attach importance to the study of social governance,from the original single governance subject variable for multiple governance subjects,advocating government led,non-profit organizations to participate in,the public participation.Countries such as Britain and the United States had occurred in the "association revolution",the nonprofit organization get unprecedented development,both in developing countries and developed countries,various types of non-profit organization started,they provide community service,cultural education,charity and service,plays more and more important role.Our country in the eighteenth Dazhong stressed: in order to realize the self-regulation of government and society,in order to achieve Residents Autonomy benign interaction and social governance to increase innovation,Party committees to strengthen leadership,the government should play the leading role,to encourage and support the participation of various aspects of society,at the same time to support trade unions,women's federations,Youth League and other people's organizations play the role of a bridge between,to better reflect the voice of the masses,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses.With the development of social economy,social transformation,the reform has entered a crucial period,the economic system changes occur,the pattern of interests adjustment,changed the social structure,ideas change,increasingly complex social affairs,women demand diversification,an increase in the number of contradictions,Ximeng County women's Federation organized the original working mechanism and working methods has to adapt to social development,of women's organizations to better participate in social governance put forward new requirements and Ximeng County women's Federation should be how to seize the opportunity,how to participate in social governance is a problem worth pondering.In this paper,by using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and field survey research methods combing Ximeng County women's Federation in participation in the problems existing in the process of Social Governance: social recognition is not high;low ability of self construction and Ximeng County women's Federation;third,the ability to integrate resources,weak;fourth,lack of full-time personnel and other main problems.Analysis the reasons,mainly due to the imperfect laws and regulations,financial investment is insufficient,Ximeng County women's Federation in social governance mechanism is not perfect and other women's organizations foster immaturity,women workers' quality should be strengthened,the rural women's quality needs to be strengthened.By drawing on the experience of domestic and international women's organizations,combining Ximeng County of the actual situation,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: firstly,perfect the laws and regulations;second,for a financial support;third,innovation of women's participation in social governance mechanism;fourth,increase the cultivation of other women's organizations;fifth,increase women's work team construction.Sixth,to improve the quality of the ethnic minority women.
