Study On Community Home-based Pension Service Policy In Zhengzhou City

The issue of aging has become one of the most important issues facing the country.With the introduction of community-based home-based care policies,the concept of community-based care for the elderly has gradually begun to be understood by people.The study of home-based care services for the elderly is also a response to aging in China.An important part of the problem.The paper mainly elaborated the background and proposed process of the community home-based pension service policy in Zhengzhou City.On this basis,the Zhengzhou municipal government and relevant departments issued the relevant policies for community home-based care services.The article elaborated on the implementation of the community home-based pension service policy in Zhengzhou,including the improvement of relevant policy systems during the implementation of the policy,efforts to foster the development of the " three teams ",the establishment of an information network platform,and the government's purchase of home-based pension services.There are certain results,but at the same time,there are also problems such as the confusion of service roles and management roles,lack of service specialization,differences in demand and supply of pension services,and narrow funding channels in the transitional period of government functions,and from the weak talent pool and pension network system.The reason analysis is not complete and lacks the involvement of private funds.Finally,we learned from the implementation of the policy to promote the scientific development of community home-based pension service policies in Zhengzhou City,and further improve the policy system of community home-based care in Zhengzhou.
