Research On The Change Of Professional Ethics Of Civil Servants In Chin

Civil servants are the representative of public power,To examine and summarize the change process of civil servants' professional ethics,to study the law and dynamics of change,Which is related to civil servants subject dynamic role,to ensure the realization of public interests and public functions,but also to deepen the public value of our country,building the administrative ecological environment and the process of China's civil servants occupation ethics construction scientific and institutionalized,In this paper,the changes in the civil service professional ethics as the research perspective,first of all,to define the relevant concepts and analysis of the particularity and function of civil servants professional ethics.Secondly,starting from the components of assessment system,carried out in 1949 since the founding of the development and change of occupation ethics of the civil process and state transition,summary of background occupation ethics construction of civil servants in different stages of the characteristics and the core code of ethics,Thirdly,through the analysis of the internal mechanism of the evolution of the professional ethics of civil servants,this paper reveals the factors and the characteristics of the changes.Finally,this paper tries to summarize the future development trend of civil servants professional ethics,in order to provide the basis and direction for the construction of professional ethics.
